Description
The Air Jordan 5 GS “Alternate Bel-Air” is the youth sizing of the shoe that flips the colorway of Michael Jordan’s fifth signature shoe that pays homage to “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.” Will Smith famously wore the “Grape” makeup of the Air Jordan 5 on the beloved television show in the ’90s, and Jordan Brand gave Smith his own signature look of the shoe in 2013. Here, the “Alternate Bel-Air” rearranges the color scheme of that shoe. White leather appears on the upper, including the toe, collar, and heel. Contrasting neon green and red “23” and Jumpman embroidery dots the heel of the left and right shoes, respectively. Translucent netting can be found on the mid-panel and tongue. Red Jumpman branding covers the black neoprene tongue of the left shoe, and green Jumpman detailing appears on the black tongue of the right shoe. Both shoes display purple midsoles with red shark tooth detailing on the forefoot. Release date: August 15, 2020.
